Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to avoid processing delays.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 5-7 business days to use on your next Tiger Mist haul.
